Chia seeds have the ability to form a gel-like substance, making it a perfect ingredient for jams. It is also one of my favourites for keeping the blood sugar stable.

Alternatively, you can use other berries like blueberries or blackberries instead of strawberries if you want. You can also get creative and combine berries of different types. That’s up to you! 

Berries are high in antioxidants and chia seeds are great sources of fibre. The combination of this power duo can make you healthier with better ability in fighting free radicals. Additionally, berries work perfectly to slow down signs of ageing, hence are a favourite amongst men and women that want to stay wrinkle-free longer.
