The 2nd Edition of Emirates Music Summit (EMS) is all set to launch this weekend, Friday, November 6th and 7th at the Rove Hotel in Downtown Dubai, in collaboration with Breakout DXB. The summit, which focuses on music, culture and innovation, will feature thought leaders from the music, media, technology, and legal sectors. With key speakers from companies such as Deezer, Sony, Berklee, and Alfan group, Emirates Music Summit is sure to help anyone with a dream of making it in the music and entertainment industry on a local and international level. Their aim is to make the UAE the number one destination for music and global talent.
Founded by Albert M. Carter and Ali Al Dhiyebi, from STR8UP Entertainment and Fitness, Emirates Music Summit were able to launch their inaugural event a day before nationwide mandates were put in place to curb the spread of Covid-19. With this edition, EMS will also be amongst the first to re-launch live music events during what will be known as the “new normal” (social distancing). The event will follow all government regulations with an intense focus on not compromising the safety and health of any of their panellists, staff, musicians and attendees.
EMS was formed in early 2020 and quickly established itself as the go-to event for success in music. With an initial focus on home-grown talent, EMS is targeting talent who will drive and shape the transformation of the music and entertainment industry globally. EMS is a place where artists, decision-makers and entrepreneurs will meet and exchange insights, trends and opportunities with internationally recognised thought leaders and top executives. Emirates Music Summit’s second edition will be a can't miss event for anyone in music.
