Alkebulan 1st Floor – Jiko and Bar Cane

Jiko Cocktails by Tribe Hotel Kenya brings together the flavours and spirits of Africa through shaken, stirred, muddled and strained cocktails created by talented bartender Kelvin Thaiya.

Bar Cane by Coco satisfies sweet cravings, serving what could well be the world's finest doughnuts, washed down with dessert cocktails.

Alkebulan will toast to African culture with an array of sounds - spanning blues, soul, afrobeats, reggae to afro Latino music, delivered to you by hand-picked DJs and performers every Tuesday to Saturday.

Garden on 1 Sports Lounge is a fun and casual hangout for sports lovers. Watch the latest sport while you sip on classic drinks and craft ales and enjoy a host of grazing dishes perfect for sharing. Jubilee Mixology, an open-air rooftop bar with breathtaking views

At Jubilee Mixology sample a selection of lighter bites along with breathtaking views of the Expo site, at the open-air venue. The rooftop bar overlooks Al Wasl Dome, which features the world's largest 360-degree projection. The open-air space has a chic, homely feel, with a live DJ spinning a soundtrack of house, modern beats, lounge, jazz and much more. A signature bar menu, curated by head chef Guilherme Freire, includes speciality dishes such as Cured HamachiSmoked Duck and Wagyu Sandos. The cocktail list has been inspired by previous expos and world fairs with names such as London, Milan and Dubai.

Mudrá, plant-based cuisine and stunning rooftop views

By chef Matthew Kenney, Mudrá, a lively rooftop venue with stunning views out across the Expo site, aims to share the plant-based lifestyle through approachable cuisine. The menu has a wide range of options, from pizzas and burgers, with a gourmet twist, to novelty Nikkei sushi, along with moreish starters and delectable mains. Enjoy with a cocktail in hand whilst taking in the live DJ sets, from Thursday to Sunday.

Enjoy a refreshing drink whilst taking in one of the best views of Expo at the rooftop bar atop the Swiss Pavilion. Sample the Expo 2020 cocktail or a glass of Swiss grape from the wide selection, to be enjoyed with a Swiss Platter featuring a selection of cold meats and Swiss cheeses.

Other notable restaurants within Expo serving alcohol include the Lithuanian Bistro within the Lithuania Pavilion. Taste local Lithuanian draught hops and cocktails with local bitters. 

Head to Long Chim by David Thompson, inspired by the markets and street food of Thailand to soak in the atmosphere with a drink in hand. 

The National by Geoffrey Zakarian, a contemporary grand café, offers Zakarian's signature modern American cuisine. 

At Tiaki, within the New Zealand pavilion, enjoy a range of bites and platters with key ingredients from Fonterra, Comvita and Zespri, including cheese platters featuring a variety of Fonterra's Kāpiti cheeses, Comvita Mānuka honey cake and fresh fruit carpaccio with Zespri Kiwifruit accompanied by the finest New Zealand wines.

Enjoy Shisha at Iris Lounge, DA by Crab Chic, Sarouja, Grand Beirut and HABIB Beirut.
