OSN announced a collaboration with Anas Bukhash, Emirati entrepreneur and host of #ABtalks, to create an OSN+ Original series, with his mother Hala Kazim, "A Sit Down with Anas and Hala" to launch during Ramadan. Starting 24th March, each 30-minute episode will drop weekly on OSN+.
In his first commissioned docuseries, mother and son team up for an exclusive, five-episode introspective series where the duo welcomes viewers on a quest to find their inner selves in their homes and guide them through some of life's most important subjects. While exclusively streaming on OSN+, fans can also catch the series on OSNtv on channels OSN Yahala every Friday at 7 pm UAE/8 pm KSA and OSN W, premiering on 24th March and every Friday at 8 pm UAE/9 pm KSA.
"Our focus at OSN remains to provide our audience with premium, must-see content, and it's partnerships like this that enable us to deliver on this promise. We can't wait for fans to go on this personal journey with Anas and Hala and witness this special series with the two well-loved regional talents," said Fiona Robertson, Acting Head of OSN Originals.
The warm conversational journey shines a spotlight on relationships in today's day and age. The mother-son duo will discuss curiosity-fueled topics, including grief, creating boundaries, and making connections, while offering a glimpse into their personal relationship in an intimate setting. Hala Kazim commented: "My son is my friend, and when we discuss matters so deeply, there are always incredible outcomes from our conversations. In this Ramadan series, Anas and I share our views on valuable topics to better ourselves. We're very excited to share our thoughts on "A Sit Down with Anas and Hala."
Anas Bukhash added: "There's nobody I enjoy speaking to more and sharing my opinion with more than my mother, Hala Kazim. In this upcoming series, you'll get to hear our views and opinions and shed light on important topics that we all feel but somehow overlook. I'm looking forward to engaging with OSN+ viewers this Ramadan and beyond."
